This Privacy Policy explains how Plumb Air CRM (“Plumb Air CRM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you visit plumbaircrm.com, request a demo, or use our field-service CRM software (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you request a demo, create an account, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any details you choose to share. If you are a customer, we also process the business data you enter into the Service, which may include customer records, job and appointment details, estimates, invoices, notes, and related field-service information.
Payment information
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Raw card details are entered directly into Stripe and never pass through or are stored on our servers. We retain only non-sensitive references (such as a payment confirmation and the last few digits or card brand) needed to reconcile a transaction.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites and applications, we automatically collect certain technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and usage activity. We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your session, and understand how the Service is used.

We do not sell your personal information. Customer business data is retained according to your agreement with us and is deleted or returned on request following account termination, subject to legal retention requirements.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive credentials at rest and in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
